My Approach
As a Specialist Wellness Counsellor I employ a person-centred approach which is tailored to suit individual needs. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space for you to share your thoughts and feelings without judgement and to work with you as you build resilience and develop a deeper sense of self.
Acknowledging that the challenges you are facing are affecting your well-being is a big step and reaching out for support can feel overwhelming. It's something that I, and so many others, have gone through. My journey to becoming a counsellor was driven by the belief that we all have an incredible capacity for growth and healing, and the potential to make the positive change we desire in our lives. Counselling encourages us to better understand our emotions, develop healthy coping mechanisms, and work towards positive change.
